UBE, Inc. was created in January of 2007 by two lifelong friends and students at the University at Buffalo.  UBE, Inc. is the parent company of the website UBEntertained.com.  Political Science and Communication majors, these two individuals came up with the idea for a website in May of 2006.  After much deliberation and many sleepless nights, the overall design and construction of the site was ready to begin.  The website, UBEntertained.com, has been in development for 6 months and is now ready to be “Your Everything Site for Everything Buffalo.” 

Our mission statement may best be described as:

A company whose goal is to provide a useful vessel for local business, companies, and organizations, to present their services to the community in a organized and easy to use manner.  Furthermore, UBE, Inc. hopes to offer residents of the Buffalo region a place to go to find these services.  Lastly, UBE, Inc. hopes to help better the community as a whole by continually working with charitable organizations in furthering their efforts.

In order to fulfill the ever changing needs of the community, UBE, Inc. and UBEntertained.com will continue to look to our audience for advice and suggestions about how to make our service the best it can be.

What we provide to our users.

UBEntertained.com is an online guide to a plethora of information about the Buffalo region.  Our main goal is to create a website that is a source of information about many aspects the Buffalo area, specifically those that are beneficial to UB, Buff State, and other local college students.  The website will be an interactive hub for information about everything Buffalo.  While other sites may due some of or many of the things we here at UBEntertained.com hope to provide for you, we believe that we can do it better.  With easy to use, extensive directories of all sorts of establishments throughout the Buffalo region it is easy to see why UBEntertained.com is a great tool for your information seeking needs. 

We are not trying to tell you that we know what is best or what you like, but to offer you enough information within the site so that you will be able to figure out the best establishments that meet your wants and needs.  Because we know we can not possibly have all the information you are looking for, we openly accept all suggestions and comments on ways to help improve our site. 

As a testament to our ongoing attempts to improve our service to you, we allow you to post listings on the site from your very own computer.  All of the information on our site has been designed to fit the needs of college aged individuals so you can get a better understanding of how these establishments meet your unique needs.  Also, if you would like, please feel free to contact us with any information and we will take care of the process for you. 

What we provide to establishments. 

Much like your traditional yellow pages, UBEntertained.com offers basic information about tons of establishments in the Buffalo Area.  However, through the integration of scripts and programs, we believe that users will be able to find the information they seek in a more efficient manner.  Furthermore, UBEntertained.com offers an abundance of advertising combinations that will fit your individual needs.

We have options such as customizable banner and 360 degree Virtual Tours, which make the possibilities endless.  With the intense competition that exists in the industry, UBEntertained.com hopes to provide you with a leg up on your competition.  Many different Advertising Packages are available.  Please contact us for more information.

What we provide to the Buffalo Community.

We hope that through the combined efforts of UBE, Inc., UBEntertained.com, it's patrons, and the establishments listed within, the Buffalo region will be effected in a positive way.  We hope that the versatility of our site will prove to be beneficial to all those involved.

In addition to bringing you the best of what Buffalo has to offer, UBEntertained.com and UBE, Inc. are working with local charities to help raise funds for all types of community needs.  UBEntertained.com and UBE, Inc. have developed a relationship with SKI4E.com and the Ski4e charity organization.  Aimed at increasing knowledge about liver cancer research and organ donation, as well as increasing funds available to the families of children with diseases, Ski4e has kid’s best interests at heart.  Furthering our efforts to support the community, UBEntertained.com and UBE, Inc. have also been working with FuelForTruth.org.  FuelForTruth.org is “an organization whose mission is to gather and disseminate accurate information about Israel and the Middle East to young adults (18-34).”  With a hope and desire to bring these and other organizations to the public eye, UBEntertained.com and UBE, Inc. continues to work with these groups to increase their publicity and help them in any ways possible.

Ever heard of sponge candy or Ted's Hot Dogs?  Chances are if you are not from the area you have not.  Where's the best place to take your girlfriend for a fancy, yet inexpensive dinner?  How about going out with your buddies?  These are all things that UBEntertained.com is hoping to help you with.  Check out our virtual tours as well as our online menus for Buffalo’s best establishments. All reviews of establishments on our site will be produced by you and for you, to give you a better view of what’s what in Buffalo.

UBOutLate:
UBEntertained.com is dedicated to helping you make the most out of your stay here in the Buffalo region.  One way we do this is by giving you information on the best bars and hottest parties every night.  Daily and weekly drink special information will be available.  Members of the UBEntertained.com “family” will be privy to bar parties, drink specials and other deals every night at our sponsored establishments.

UBSchooled:
UBEntertained.com also knows that most of us are here for school (always seems to get in the way) and that finding good classes and good teachers is a hard thing to do.  We hope to develop a detailed database of those easy A's and fun teachers to give you a better shot at the dean's list (if that’s something you’re interested in, if not revert back to the UBOutLate section).  Furthering our efforts to help the college student, UBEntertained.com will offer a database of class notes to help you in your studies.

UBSeen:
Ever wake up in the morning and say “What the hell happened last night?”  With the help of UBSeen and UBEntertained.com, those mornings are a thing of the past.  At all events and functions hosted by UBEntertained.com our “Chicks with Pics” will be on patrol, providing you with pictures and videos of your nightly escapades.  These pictures will be available on our website the next morning for your viewing pleasure.

UBLiving:
Looking for that “diamond in the ruff?” (Or just a house without rats)  Come check out our database of house/apartment listings and find your crib.  We work with local landlords to help you find a place to live.  Virtual tours will help you save time in your search efforts.  Further efforts include a furniture/electronics exchange.

UBBored:
Trying to find something to do on those off nights or just during the day on the weekends?  UBBored will provide information about batting cages, bowling, golfing, laser tag, and other activities to pass the time on those cold Buffalo days.  Following with our “by you, for you” mentality, UBBored and UBEntertained.com will offer movie reviews, as well as reviews of all the attractions in this section.
